Get to know me

Hi, I’m Karla Wolff, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families find clarity, resilience, and meaningful growth. I believe that growth and perseverance go hand in hand—and that even in life’s most challenging moments, there’s room for hope, humor, and healing.

I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University in 2019 and have since worked across diverse settings, including hospital outpatient, high schools, and clinics supporting underserved communities. These experiences have shaped my approach to therapy, where empathy, curiosity, and practical tools meet.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, families, and individuals as they navigate everything from everyday stressors to life’s most difficult transitions. Humor is one of my favorite tools in the therapy room—it helps humanize the process, normalize the messy parts of being human, and, when used thoughtfully, can reframe setbacks as part of growth.

When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me exploring local trails, playing video games, hunting for my next favorite show series, listening to new music, or spending time with my husband and our three cats.

At Reframe Room Therapy, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where growth happens—and where a little humor can help lighten the load. Ready to take the next step? Let’s reframe your journey together.
